Enterprise Data Platform
We architected and developed a centralized data platform to serve as the single source of truth for the entire state government. The platform facilitated seamless data integration from all 50+ agencies and was equipped with real-time analytics capabilities.
Citizen Service Portals
A suite of user-friendly online portals and web apps were created to provide citizens with direct access to government services. These portals integrated with the back-end data platform to provide real-time information and process requests efficiently.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
We implemented an advanced business intelligence (BI) layer on top of the data platform. This provided government officials with powerful, interactive dashboards and automated reporting tools for advanced, data-driven decision support.

Implementation Process
The 20-month project was broken into three phases. The first 5 months were dedicated to a comprehensive Data Audit & Planning stage. The core Platform Development and data integration took place over the next 10 months. The final 5 months focused on a phased Rollout & Optimization across all agencies, including extensive user training.
